Seems to be a new building, inside is very nice & new.  Great style of decorations and the seating.  My complaint, which is a minor one is that there were not any labels on the salsa.  So you had no idea heat level, or if you were having a Jalapeno or Avocado sauce.  Big difference between the 2.  Label can make the difference of having heart burn all night.  Knowing is half the Battle, GI Joe!

Appearance = 1.7 / 2 – It looked amazing
Tortilla = 1.8 / 2 – Shell was maybe thicker or just different than some of the usual tacos I have, it makes for a great crispy taco.  Had this extra crispyness, yum!
Meat / filling = 1.8 / 2 – The beef was juicy and all the filling worked together in this taco.  The flavor was so good, I did not have to use lots of sauce.  Was good without sauce.
Sauce = 1.6 / 2 – There was good flavor from the sauces, however I had no idea what sauce I was having and later I would feel heat in my mouth and I had no idea which sauce did it.  It may have been a mental thing for me, either way it was my experience. 
Value = 1.7 / 2  $3.25 – The price is fair and is good because the taco was excellent

Appearance = 1.7 / 2 – Just wow!
Tortilla = 1.8 / 2 – Crispy, Crispy, Crispy & Crispy in the good ways. Same tortilla as the Crispy Taco.  Being that different tortilla with the extra crispy
Meat / filling = 1.8 / 2 – The meat was great!
Sauce = 1.9 / 2 – The Guacamole, obviously made it so good.  I thought about trying to have a bit without guac, but why take away amazing taste. 
Value = 1.6/ 2  $5.99 for 3 – A little pricey, but they are good.  I have had cheaper ones, that were not as good and did not come with this level of Guacamole or any Guac. 
Total Score 8.8 / 10 – These are up there in some of the best Rolled Tacos.

Appearance = 1.6 / 2 – Looked good.
Tortilla = 0.5 / 2 – It was just dry, and not amazing.  Obviously I may be hard to please on Street Taco Corn Tortillas.  So my grading/judging may be too harsh for most.
Meat / filling = 0.5 / 2 – Had some flavor, but it was not doing it for me.  Dry
Sauce = 1.6 / 2 – There was good flavor from the sauces, however I had no idea what sauce I was having and later I would feel heat in my mouth and I had no idea which sauce did it.  It may have been a mental thing for me, either way it was my experience.  I did add sauce to this taco and it helped me eat it better. 
Value = 0.5 / 2  $2.69 – To much for this quality of taco.

The true test is you can see how much of each of these street tacos is left.  I chose to eat rolled tacos and crispy taco over the Carne Asada and Carnitas tacos.
 
For a good street taco, with the soft Corn Tortilla go get some at Meno’s Place.  Their corn tortilla is not dry and meat is really good.  I am not affiliated with, just like good food.

Taco Boy’s On Rural North of Apache Blvd. 1015 S. Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ   My cousin Kelsee Recommended this one.  Thanks Kelsee! They have a location in Phoenix and the Tempe location is a newer one.  Great place, great atmosphere and busy.  Opens  at 10am  and people are outside waiting.   Everything for the most part just comes with meat on the tortilla and you can dress it how you please from their salsa bar, cilantro, onions, sauces, cabbage and so on.  I really liked that aspect of it.   The tortillas are not made in house.  They are made by a vendor, but made fresh daily.  The cashier, not sure who he is was very friendly with me asking him about the tortillas.  Not all the taco shops have been as friendly, they sometimes take great offense to being asked if they make them in house.  Taco Boy’s has some class.   I will work on asking it, as smoothly and nicely as ...

Biscuit Tacos

Biscuit Tacos Turned out so good.  I bought these taco molds from Amazon, seem to work pretty good.  Had a disaster with frying wonton wrappers, but that is a different story.   Take some buttermilk biscuits add flour and roll them out and thin as you can.  I would recommend rolled all of the ones you are going to cook at once.  I noticed the 2 I saved for later were harder to work with being out of the fridge and opened.   I put the rolled out biscuits in the taco molds.  I can imagine that you could use a wad of foil or something to make these.  I used the airfryer, for speed and I like how it cooks bread.  I cooked at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or so turning it 3 times. It may take longer depending on your airfyer or oven.   I made Pepper Gravy from Walmart or Sams.  It is pretty cheap and easy to make.  Don’t make gravy from scratch too much, because of this mix. Crumbl Cookie Review 01/18/22 week of  Jan 17-22   PEANUT BUTTER FT. REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER CUP Our signature peanut butter cookie topped with melty peanut butter chips and chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.  This one the cookie was pretty peanut buttery and I liked it.  The reese’s toppings were great.   8/10   The Copycat recipe I feel tasted better than the actual crumbl. The Copycat was thinner and easier to eat chew and better texture.  Copycat recipe is from @Chahinex_tbt  https://lifestyleofafoodie.com/crumbl-peanut-butter-reeses-cookies/#recipe-link .     9/10   ROCKY ROAD A dark chocolate cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallow filling then covered in semi-sweet chocolate chips and almonds.
